Laura has been photographer and filmmaker Robert Frank’s editor for over a decade, the films having been shown all over the world. TRUE STORY won a main prize at the 2009 International Short Film Festival in Oberhausen, THE PRESENT also won the grand prize there and has been selected for the prestigious Documenta 12 Film Program. PAPER ROUTE was competition finalist at the Tribeca Film Festival as well as winner at the CinemaTexas Short Film Festival.

Her editing credits also include director Stephanie Black’s feature length documentary AFRICA UNITE. She also edited COVERED GIRLS, which won best documentary short at the Nashville Film Festival.

Laura has worked on countless advertising campaigns, television promos and music videos. As well as winning a Monitor Award for editing, she has been involved in commercial projects that have won several AICP awards, International Film and TV awards, a GLAAD award and an Emmy Award.
